Step 3: Our jewelry assembly experts will assemble and ship your custom piece within 4-6 business days. 

Step 4: Enjoy your custom piece made by Third Time's the Charm! Follow our jewelry care tips for added longevity of your custom piece.

*For multiple custom jewelry pieces, we suggest placing your orders separately to avoid any confusion about which chains are to be paired with your selected charms.

By placing your order, you agree to the following:

• Our team will assemble your piece in a balanced order that we think looks best. If you would like a specific charm placement, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to specify your charm order preference.
• All custom jewelry sales are FINAL.
• For cancellations, edits, or concerns, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, including your name and order number.
